We support underrepresented talent in building venture-backable tech companies from scratch.

Hi ,
It is with the deepest gratitude that we announce the upcoming application launch for the inaugural Visible Hands cohort on March 29th. This is only possible because of you and our community who listened to and improved our presentations, made countless helpful introductions, and checked in on us while we worked days, nights, and weekends.
We built Visible Hands on the premise that inclusion improves innovation, and that high-growth entrepreneurship should not be reserved for the privileged few. A lack of access to capital, networks, and opportunities have kept many exceptional people of color and women from starting companies. This is why our program supports founders at the earliest, most formative stages of company-building. Our founders do not need an idea or product to enter the program. We are seeking talent with proven skills or deep insights into a problem space that give them a competitive advantage in building and distributing their solution. For further information

Will you nominate someone for our inaugural cohort? Nominees will receive early access to our application.
Our 14-week, (mostly) virtual program will launch in August 2021. This program will support a cohort of 34 underrepresented individuals to work full-time as founders with a $25k investment and the opportunity for an additional investment of up to $150k after the program. We will provide these founders with company building-support and help them to find a co-founder from within our ecosystem. You can learn more about the program via our

We are proud of the last few months of hard work the team and our community has accomplished together. We launched our fund, staffed up an incredible team, and built a diverse national ecosystem of 500+ accomplished entrepreneurs, operators, community leaders, and investors. We will only succeed with your support and we hope to make you proud as we prove the genius and market opportunity of talent that is too often overlooked in venture capital.
Sincerely,
