Happy Friday VH Community,We hope you're ending this week strong and entering the weekend excited to recharge. This week at Visible Hands, we've been excited to dig deeper into supporting our founder's product and GTM focus through programming, partnerships, and our team rolling up their sleeves and working with our Visionaries and Fellows. Notably, through our partnership with Bolster, founders are all assigned a mentor that provides personalized support and advice. These seasoned executives and entrepreneurs are working with our 2022 Visionaries on specific goals in helping them to further grow their startups.Additionally, we're putting wellness back into work through our Visible IG Livestreams. This past week, we hosted an IG Live yoga session led by Angie Franklin, Founder of Afro Yoga. Angie's 45-minute chair-yoga session taught the basics of how to refresh and rebalance your mind and body during your work day - watch the recording here!We'll be continuing our live sessions next week, with an IG Live meditation session for founders, so be sure to follow us on Instagram so you don't miss out! And if you're looking for a fully interactive wellness experience, have no fear: we still have a few spots left for our upcoming Well Founded Retreat in partnership with Afro Yoga.
