Dear VH Community,We hope you’ve had a great week and are ready for a well-deserved weekend rest! This week we announced the cohort of Latinx founders who will participate in our VHLX accelerator in partnership with Google for Startups. We kicked off this Wednesday with a two-day virtual orientation. VHLX aims to kickstart Latinx founders' startup journeys with hands-on support and $10k in funding. We are excited to work with these exceptional Latinx founders. Vamos! Our team is hard at work developing our programming and products designed to support and uplift underrepresented founders in the professional and personal aspects of their founder journey. Currently, we are preparing for the launch of our flagship Visionary Accelerator that will be launching with a week long orientation in Tulsa, Oklahoma in September. We also recently launched a retreat experience for founders of color in partnership with Afro Yoga.Read on to learn about the Well-Founded retreat with Afro Yoga as well as more about our VHLX cohort announcement! Meet the inaugural cohort of 20 Latinx founders for VHLX, in partnership with
Google for Startups!
We are hosting the Well Founded Retreat in collaboration with Afro Yoga as a space for founders of color to unwind, connect, and prioritize themselves. The reduced rate spots have already been filled, however we still have some community rate tickets left. We are offering this retreat to our broader community starting Monday (8/8), so if you’re interested in attending, be sure to visit our website for more information or start your application here.
This week, we also announced the VHLX 2022 cohort! These 20 incredible Latinx founders will receive access to mentorship, expert-led workshops, and project support, not to mention an incredible community of other founders and staff who will be running the VHLX fellowship.
